Winston Hotels Inc, (NYSE- WHX) owners of the new Courtyard by Marriott Chapel Hill will be hosting a ribbon cutting ceremony and grand opening celebration Tuesday October 19th at 10:00am.   The Courtyard by Marriott Chapel Hill is an impressive 5 story, 147 room brick hotel, directly adjacent to the William and Ida Friday Center for Continuing Education. The hotel opened for business on September 22nd 2004 and offers guests; superior hotel rooms and suites, amenities that include a 24 hour business center, complimentary wireless internet access, and fitness center. The Courtyard is proud to be the only hotel in Chapel Hill to offer a heated indoor swimming pool and whirlpool. With 2,000 square feet of meeting room space, in-house catering services, and a restaurant, the Courtyard by Marriott is a great addition to the Chapel Hill community. The hotel will be managed by Alliance Hospitality Management, LLC.
