Rolf Tweeten
President/CEO
After obtaining a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout School of Hotel Administration, Mr. Tweeten began his hospitality career with Marriott Corporation, where he completed their Management Training Program. After advancing through hotel managerial positions, Mr. Tweeten transitioned into hospitality real estate consulting with such prestigious firms as Deloitte & Touche and Ernst and Young where he became an expert consultant in operational, market research, and financial analysis and valuation of hospitality-related real estate. An entrepreneur at heart, Mr. Tweeten has become a successful ground-up developer, owner and manager of premium branded hotels, and his aptitude for operating hotels in niche markets has played a crucial role in the success and remarkable growth of his companies.
Mark Antolik
Vice President of Operations
Mark Antolik brings over 25 years of experience in both the full and focused service hotels to the Alliance Hospitality Management Company operational team. His experience conveys a very hands-on approach to the oversight and guidance of hotels under his direction by utilizing his 10 plus years experience in Food and Beverage and 15 plus years as General Manager, Area Manager, District Manager and Regional Director of Operations. He has experience and oversight in the Starwood, Hilton, Omni, Carlson, Holiday Inn and Marriott systems as well as Independent hotels throughout the country with a focus on hotels in the Midwest. Mr. Antolik identifies efficiencies to drive overall profitability and specializes in brand relations, property openings and hotel restructuring. He received his CHA certification from the American Hotel & Lodging Association's Educational Institute.
Ryan Gosdin
Vice President, Sales and Marketing
As Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Alliance Hospitality, Mr. Gosdin directs the sales, marketing, revenue management and ecommerce services for Alliance Hospitality. Prior to joining Alliance Hospitality in 2009, Mr. Gosdin held both property-level and corporate support roles in Revenue Management and Sales & Marketing for brands such as Hilton Hotels and Starwood Hotels and Resorts, as well as for hotel management companies such as Noble Investment Group and HEI Hotels & Resorts. Mr. Gosdin is an innovator and pioneer of next-generation sales, marketing, and revenue management strategy, and was instrumental in developing Alliance's National Sales Platform and several proprietary tools and processes that provide successful cost-effective marketing solutions for the Alliance portfolio. Mr. Gosdin holds a BBA in Management from Kennesaw State University.
Barbara Rushing O'Cain, Esq.
Corporate Director of Human Resources
Barbara joined Alliance in March 2010 and has more than 20 years of human resource experience in both the public and private sectors. An attorney, mediator and psychologist, Ms. O'Cain's areas of expertise include human resources management, legal compliance, labor relations, conflict management, and professional development and education. Ms. O'Cain received her BA in Psychology from Emory University; MA in Education-School Psychology/Counseling from Georgia State University; Ed.S. in Education-School Psychology from Georgia State University; and her JD, specializing in labor law, from the University of Denver School of Law where she received the John Phillip Linn Labor Law Award and the American Jurisprudence Labor Law Award. In addition, she has been listed in Who's Who of American Women, Outstanding Young Women of America, Who's Who in American Law, and Who's Who in Practicing Attorneys.
Fred Guerrero
Corporate Director of Operations
Mr. Guerrero is a highly focused, results-driven hotel professional with over 15 years of comprehensive hotel management experience. He has significant strengths in cost controls, food and beverage, rooms division, and guest loyalty, and he brings 7 years of experience as a general manager to the Alliance Hospitality team. Mr. Guerrero joined the organization in December 2007 as General Manager of the DoubleTree by Hilton Dallas Market Center Hotel.
Regan O'Rourke
Corporate Manager of Sales Training & Development
Ms. O’Rourke is responsible for the development and delivery of Alliance Hospitality Sales Training Processes and for providing assistance to focus hotels. She is also responsible for the strategic and tactical implementation of hotel sales policies and procedures for Alliance Hospitality. Prior to this appointment, Ms. O’Rourke held both property level director of sales and task force director of sales positions with Alliance Hospitality. She has worked with multiple brands including Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Choice, and IHG. Ms. O’Rourke holds a BA in Management from the University of Kansas and is a Gamma Phi Beta Alum.
Kathleen Flanders
Corporate Director of Finance
Kathleen Flanders comes to Alliance Hospitality with over 25 years of accounting experience with 15 years focused in the hospitality industry. With a degree in Business Administration with concentration in Accounting and Finance from Carnegie-Mellon University, Kathleen has served in hotel field and corporate roles in many areas of hospitality, including operations, accounting, information systems, and finance. She joined Alliance in 2011, was promoted to Director of Finance, and is responsible for all accounting and finance functions.
