Corporate Director of Training
Ms. Pogledich joined the Alliance Hospitality team during its start-up phase, having previously served as Manager of Hotel Services for Winston Hotels. Ms. Pogledich was responsible for reservations and service training throughout the Winston-owned portfolio, working in tandem with training programs offered by various management companies supervising operations of Winston assets. Prior to joining Winston Hotels, Ms. Pogledich was a regional trainer with Signature, Inc, responsible for on-site reservations, sales and service training in a multi-branded portfolio of up to 70 hotels, resorts and spas. From 1997 to 2000, Ms. Pogledich worked for Samit Corporation, both as a General Manager of a 139 room full service property and as Corporate Director of Sales with multi-unit responsibilities. After graduating from North Carolina State University with a degree in business management, Ms. Pogledich began her hotel career as a front office manager and later, as a sales manager in a full service, mid scale hotel.
