Dick Burkett

Mr. Burkett joined Alliance Hospitality at its inception in 2003, bringing over 25 years of diversified expertise from within the hospitality industry in operations, human resource management, Training and development, including management consulting. Mr. Burkett's career progressed in senior management positions in premier and leading international hospitality organizations, including hotels and resorts with Lex Hotels Ltd, Stouffer Hotels and Resorts, Nikko Hotels International, and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he has served in capacities from director of training, Director of Human Resources, Director of Food and Beverage to General Manager. Later he was Vice President of Bentley Price Associates, International Management Consultants, followed by founding principal for Chapman-Forbes, an international management consulting organization.  A native of Canton, Ohio, Mr. Burkett was a graduate of Oklahoma State University’s school of hotel administration, under the Statler Foundation. He attended graduate school as a Ford Foundation intern at Southern Illinois University, University of Buffalo, and Bowling Green State University where he also served on the faculty.  Mr. Burkett is responsible for all human resource and risk management initiatives for Alliance Hospitality.
