Rolf Tweeten
Chairman

Mr. Tweeten is the Chairman of Alliance Hospitality Management LLC as well as the founder and President of Axis Hospitality Inc. Beginning his career with a Bachelor of Science Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Stout School of Hotel Administration, he joined the Marriott Corporation and completed their Management Training Program. After holding various managerial positions at full service Marriott Hotels in the midwest and southeastern United States he transitioned to hospitality real estate consulting. Mr. Tweeten held managerial positions in the hospitality real estate consulting divisions of Deloitte & Touche, LLC and Ernst and Young, LLC. He is an expert in the operational, market, and financial analysis and valuation of hospitality-related real estate.

Over the past 20 years he has become a fully integrated developer, owner and manager of premium branded hotels with a current portfolio of over 50 hotels in 16 states. Mr. Tweeten's aptitude for operating hotels in niche markets has been crucial to the success and remarkable growth of his companies. He has been responsible for every aspect of hotel operations and development.

 

 

Jon Schade
Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Mr. Schade joined Alliance Hospitality in January, 2004 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Prior to joining Alliance Hospitality, he worked 10 years for the public parent company of Choice Hotels International in Silver Spring, MD in various capacities in development, acquisition, operations and marketing. Mr. Schade's previous experience includes the development, construction and opening of 22 full and select service hotels for a major real estate developer throughout the US and Canada. Mr. Schade began his career in operations and was a hotel General Manager and a multi-unit supervisor with over 30 years experience in the hotel industry. He holds a degree in Hotel and Restaurant Administration from Brandywine College, Wilmington, Delaware.

 

 

Ron Wojcik
Regional Director of Operations and Food and Beverage

Mr. Wojcik, CHA, joined Alliance Hospitality in July 2008 and is a 30 year veteran of the hospitality industry. After serving in the United States Army in Europe, Mr. Wojcik stayed overseas for nine years and began his classical culinary training in the hospitality industry working in hotel kitchens. Upon his return to the states, Mr. Wojcik worked at several Marriott owned and managed full service hotels as an Executive Chef. In this capacity, he has won awards in food preparation and presentation, ice carving, in addition to cooking for celebrities & dignitaries and he also oversaw properties with numerous food & beverage outlets and connected convention centers. At several Hilton full service hotels, Mr. Wojcik has held positions as Director of Food & Beverage, Director of Operations and General Manager. Mr. Wojcik has also been an Executive Chef at the Greenville Country Club in North Carolina and Director of Operations at the 2,600 acre French Lick Springs Resort & Spa in Indiana. Mr. Wojcik attended Delta College in Michigan, with an emphasis in Sales and Marketing.

 

 

Sloan Dean
Vice President of Revenue Management

Mr. Dean, CRME, comes to Alliance Hospitality from Noble Investment Group where he served as the Corporate Director of Revenue Management for 23 full and select service hotels across Marriott, Hilton, Hyatt, Starwood & IHG brands and led a team of Regional Revenue Managers. While at Noble, Mr. Dean was instrumental in helping build the revenue management strategies for the new Hyatt Place brand hotels, which were primarily conversions from the Amerisuites brand. Prior to taking the reigns at Noble, Mr. Dean was a Regional Revenue Manager with IHG’s Hotel Management Group overseeing market strategy for 15 hotels across the Staybridge Suites, Candlewood Suites & Holiday Inn Brands in 13 different markets. Mr. Dean started with IHG as a Senior Analyst in the Global Distribution Marketing department. He is an expert in customer segmentation, retail pricing models, revenue management systems, third party Internet booking channels, pay per click marketing, and guides the portfolio in all market strategies. Mr. Dean’s Revenue Management experience dates back to his days as Analyst at Mercer Management Consulting when he worked on Promotional Marketing Optimization in the retail sector. Mr. Dean holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial & Systems Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology along with a Certificate/Minor in Finance from the Georgia Institute of Technology. Mr. Dean is an active member in HSMAI and is a Certified Revenue Management Executive (CRME).

 

 

Andrew Broad
Vice President of Development

Mr. Broad has over fifteen years of franchise development, brokerage and capital market experience. Mr. Broad has extensive experience in the lodging and real estate industries, having served as the primary broker on over 80 hotel transactions throughout the United States. Andrew Broad was a Senior Vice President with HREC Investment Advisors where he specialized in hotel real estate transactions in the Northeastern and Mid-Atlantic regions. In addition, Andrew was a Broker with Timm & Associates, Inc. a hotel brokerage firm located in Minneapolis, MN. Mr. Broad was responsible for all phases of the sales process including; providing opinions of market value, creating marketing brochures, identifying qualified buyers, assisting buyers in their due diligence, and ultimately responsible for closing hotel real estate transactions. Andrew has also held franchise development positions with HFS (Cendant / Wyndham) and Red Roof Inns. Andrew is a graduate of the Cornell School of Hotel Administration.
