Hampton Inn West Jefferson, North Carolina

Alliance Hospitality, a major hotel management company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has assumed management of the Hampton Inn West Jefferson, North Carolina. The Hampton Inn West Jefferson is located in the picturesque Blue Ridge Mountains of North Carolina, near Mount Jefferson and Boone.

West Jefferson is near the outdoor excitement of Mount Jefferson State Park, and is the home of North Carolina's only cheese factory, the Ashe County Cheese Company on Main Street. Alliance Hospitality surpasses Industry Expectations
with 2011 financial results

Alliance Hospitality, a Raleigh, North Carolina, based hospitality management company, today released operating results for 2011. Ryan Gosdin, Vice President of Sales & Marketing commented, "Throughout 2011 we remained focused on our financial goals, and that commitment propelled us ahead of our competition. Our dedication to providing superior customer service and developing the most knowledgeable and productive hospitality professionals also enabled us to generate higher cash flows, allowing us to reward our investment partners with increased financial returns."

According to data released by Smith Travel Research, Alliance Hospitality managed hotels reported annual growth in revenue per available room of 9.7 percent in 2011. Hotels in the competitive market achieved revenue per available room growth of only 8.1 percent, and the total U.S. hotel market reported revenue per available room growth of 8.2 percent. The Alliance Hospitality portfolio of managed hotels reported 69.1 percent occupancy for 2011, representing 7.1 percent more rooms sold compared to 2010. Hotels in the competitive market reported 66.6 percent occupancy for 2011, a growth of only 3.6 percent. The total U.S. market reported occupancy growth of 4.3 percent to finish 2011 at 60.1 percent occupancy.

Although Alliance Hospitality portfolio hotels operated 7.1 percent more rooms in 2011 generating 9.7 percent higher revenues, a focus on variable expense reduction resulted in a growth of gross operating profit of 10.1 percent. Renegotiation of other fixed expenses in 2011 also realized significant savings for the portfolio. These factors contributed to 76 percent surplus of net income compared to 2010.

In October 2011, Alliance Hospitality was honored at the IHG Americas Investors & Leadership Conference in Las Vegas, when presented with the prestigious Torchbearer Award for the second year in a row for the performance of Holiday Inn & Suites Green Bay Stadium. The Torchbearer Award recognizes hotels that achieve the highest level of excellence in all aspects of operation, from quality to customer service. The Holiday Inn portfolio of Alliance Hospitality reported aggregate growth of competitive market share or RevPAR Index of 9.3 percent in 2011, resulting in year over year growth of guestroom revenue of 17.5 percent.

Alliance Hospitality selected to operate
the 156-suite Comfort Suites Atlanta Downtown

Alliance Hospitality, a leading hospitality management company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, has been chosen to manage the 156-suite Comfort Suites Atlanta Downtown Convention Center located in downtown Atlanta. The hotel opened in January 2011 after an extensive renovation of the historic building and conversion for use as a hotel.

The hotel is centrally located in downtown Atlanta near Philips Arena, the World of Coca Cola Museum, the Georgia Aquarium, Centennial Olympic Park, and Georgia State University. The Georgia World Congress Center is less than a mile from this downtown Atlanta hotel. Guests of the hotel will enjoy the included amenities of free breakfast, free high-speed internet, an on-site business center, extensive workout and fitness center, and the two banquet and meeting rooms with modern teleconferencing and presentation equipment.

for third quarter 2011

Portfolio of managed hotels surpasses results of competitors with 15.6 percent higher growth in revenue per available room for the Quarter. Year to Date results exceeded competitive market by 38.8 percent in revenue per available room.

Strong results reported for Q2 2011
Alliance 28.2% higher than National Average

Portfolio of managed hotels surpasses results of competitors and total U.S. market with 28.2 percent higher growth in revenue per available room compared to same time last year.

Raleigh, NC (AllianceHospitality.com) August 8, 2011 - Alliance Hospitality, a hotel management company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, today reported operating results for the second quarter 2011. Ryan Gosdin, Vice President of Sales & Marketing commented, "For Q2 2011, we again exceeded the RevPAR growth of both our competitors and the national market by a double-digit margin as we experienced in the first quarter. At Alliance Hospitality we take pride in our consistent history of delivering superior results, and we remain committed to providing our portfolio of hotels the highest caliber of support and business intelligence in the hospitality industry to build upon our established reputation of exceptional performance."

For the three month period ending June 2011, the Alliance Hospitality portfolio of hotels outperformed competitive set hotels by 17.1 percent and the total U.S. market by 9.9 percent in guestroom revenue growth compared to the same period in 2010 according to data released by Smith Travel Research.

For the first half of 2011, Alliance Hospitality reported guestroom revenue growth 28.2 percent higher than competitive set hotels and the national average. Year to Date ending June 2011, the Alliance Hospitality portfolio of hotels reported a 10.9 percent increase in guestroom revenue compared to the same period in 2010. Both the total U.S. market and competitive set hotels reported guestroom revenue growth of 8.5 percent year-over-year.

Occupancy rates for the Alliance Hospitality portfolio of hotels increased by 4.2 percent year-over-year with 77.7 percent of available rooms occupied for June 2011, and average daily rates grew by 5.7 percent compared to the same period in 2010. Year-over-year revenue per available room growth of 10.1 percent for the managed hotel portfolio exceeded the total U.S. market growth of 7.8 percent for June 2011.

The Alliance Hospitality portfolio of hotels reported total revenue growth for all outlets of 11 percent for the first half of 2011 when compared to the same time last year. Net Income for the portfolio for the same period reported a year-over-year increase of 81.8 percent. Transient negotiated segment represents 22.4 percent of the rooms sold for the first half of 2011, up from 16.1 percent of rooms sold for the same period last year. TravelClick reports that business travel demand for the summer (June - August, 2011) is up 7.4 percent year-over-year. Committed occupancy for the majority of Alliance Hospitality portfolio of hotels exceeds this projection, with one market reporting over 200 percent more Transient Negotiated rooms on the books for August 2011 as of the publishing of this document.

Regarding the future expansion plan for the Alliance Hospitality portfolio of hotels, Rolf Tweeten, Chairman and CEO said, "There are many Third Party Management Companies in the hospitality industry whose growth strategy involves the addition of hotel properties by any means necessary, even if it involves the direct purchase or acquisition of management contracts from other entities. Alliance Hospitality Adds New Positions
to Corporate Support Staff

Alliance Hospitality, based in Raleigh, North Carolina, announced the addition of two training and development support positions to the corporate staff
Alliance Hospitality, a hospitality management company based in Raleigh, North Carolina, today announced the appointment of Regan O'Rourke to the position of Corporate Manager of Sales Training and Development and Noreen Sheridan to the position of Corporate Manager of Operations Training and Development. O'Rourke will report to Ryan Gosdin, Vice President of Sales and Marketing, and Sheridan will report to Mark Antolik, Vice President of Operations.

Rolf Tweeten, President and CEO of Alliance Hospitality said, "The addition of these positions to our corporate staff will ensure that our organization meets the goal of providing our hotels with the highest level of operations, revenue management, and sales and marketing support in the hospitality industry. O'Rourke is responsible for the development and delivery of Alliance Hospitality Sales Training Processes and for providing assistance to focus hotels. She is also responsible for the strategic and tactical implementation of hotel sales policies and procedures for Alliance Hospitality. Prior to this appointment, O'Rourke held both property level director of sales and task force director of sales positions with Alliance Hospitality. She has worked with multiple brands including Marriott, Hilton, Starwood, Choice, and IHG. O'Rourke holds a BA in Management from the University of Kansas and is a Gamma Phi Beta Alum.

Sheridan is responsible for the creation and implementation of operations training processes for Alliance Hospitality, and for conducting the on-boarding process for operations professionals new to the organization. Additionally, Sheridan promotes the Alliance Hospitality service culture and assists transitioning and challenge hotels in the portfolio. She began her career with Alliance Hospitality in property-level operations as the general manager of the Hilton Garden Inn O'Fallon and The Regency Conference Center. Sheridan has worked with multiple hotels including full service, select-service, extended stay, all suite, and boutique hotels and resorts.

Alliance Hospitality Management signs multiple deals with Sagamore Capital LLC
Alliance Hospitality Management announced today that it had signed management agreements with Sagamore Capital LLC and related entities to manage two hotels in Fort Worth, TX. The 111 room Residence Inn - Alliance Airport and the 102 room Hampton Inn & Suites- Alliance Airport are located adjacent to Fort Worth Alliance Airport (FTW). Alliance Texas, developed by Hillwood - a Perot Company, is a 17,000-acre master-planned, mixed use community located in north Fort Worth and is home to 240 companies with 28,000 employees.

Alliance Hospitality Management announced today that it had signed a management agreement to operate the 169 room Hilton Garden Inn New York Chelsea for DiamondRock Hospitality Company, a self-advised real estate investment company (REIT) that is an owner of premium hotel properties.
